The Bela System is a contemporary cabinetry solution designed specifically for entryway spaces. The goal of the project was to create a modular, scalable system that offers a sense of customization without overwhelming the user. Each component was developed with simplicity and clarity in mind—both in terms of selecting options and ease of installation.
My focus was on designing thoughtful, quiet moments of interaction that bring a sense of joy to everyday routines. Whether it's the tactile quality of a handle or the satisfying fit of a shelf, the system encourages small but meaningful engagements with the object.
Designed with manufacturing scalability in mind, the Bela System also lays the groundwork for future expansion into a full product line. Its modular nature allows for flexibility in use while maintaining a cohesive visual and functional language.
